NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

UNITED STATES COAST GUARD SFLC NORFOLK INTENDS TO AWARD an order for THE FOLLOWING PARTS TO ALFA LAVAL on 10/24/2024. This notice is to inform companies of the Government intent to award. If a company demonstrates the capabilitiy to supply the requested parts, the Government may use the response for information and planning purposes.

The purpose of the Notice of Intent is to inform sources of the Government intent to award to a company claiming sole source, this does not constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this Notice of Intent.

All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions.

The Government requests that parties capable of meeting the supply demand respond to this notice in writing including details of your company’s ability to supply the requested parts from the attached parts list. Please provide the following information:

Cage Code

DUNs Number

Company business size by NAICS code

Small Business Type(s), if applicable

Point of Contact for questions and/or clarifications

Telephone Number and email address

Web Page URL (if applicable)

Teaming Partners (if applicable)

Provide documents showing the parts are equivalent of Alfa Laval parts.

Information regarding the viability to receive and process classified information with appropriate contact information

Provide any recommendations and/or concerns.

Do not submit pricing information in response to this Notice of Intent.
