The work to be done under this contract shall consist of, but not be limited to, the removal of existing siding and trim of the cupola and the installation of new roof materials, siding and trim in accordance with the bid specifications. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
