Project Description: I&I Source Reduction Program – Year 2 – Contract 3: Lateral Grouting. This Project generally consists of the the rehabilitation of approximately 724 sewer laterals connected to sewer mains which are scoped for rehabilitation by cured-in-place pipelining under Contract 1, located in the Trout Creek Park Basin in the City of Allentown, PA.
A virtual (via Zoom platform) pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, on Friday, August 22, 2025. Site visits can be scheduled upon request with the Engineer. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory.
