Bid #26-06243-3142- The Henry County Public Service Authority solicits firms to submit sealed bids, subject to the Contract Documents, for the Villa Heights Sanitary Sewer Improvements project.  Bids will be received until, but not later than, 3:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on June 24, 2026. The Work includes open cut construction of approximately 17,400 linear feet of 8â sanitary sewer, 137 sanitary sewer manholes, 280 sanitary sewer service laterals, and associated work in Martinsville, Virginia.
