This requirement is for professional conservation services for fifteen (15) paintings and frames in the permanent collection of the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
This requirement will comprise assessments, conservation treatments to include cleaning, in-painting, and varnishing, stabilization for long-term storage and display, relining of paintings, cleaning, and repairing an antique frame, photography, and a final treatment report for each painting and frame. The paintings will be located at the NMMC Museum Support Facility (MSF).
Interested vendors are invited and encouraged to attend a site visit during the solicitation period.
