The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced Task Order to Olympus America, Inc. 3500 Corporate Parkway. Center Valley, PA 18034-8229.

A sole source procurement will be issued to Olympus America, Inc under National Acquisition Center (NAC) contract 36F79721D0168. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1(i)(B) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements.

The NAICS code is 339112 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees for this procurement.

Background. The Miami Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, 1201 NW 16th St., Miami, FL 33125, has a lease requirement for Endoscopic equipment to support Gastrointestinal (GI), Pulmonary, and Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT) procedures.
