Synopsis: VA Pre-Solicitation Notice for Grease Trap Cleaning Services for W.G Bill Hefner VA Medical Center
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Hampton, VA on behalf of the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center intends to solicit a small business set-aside for grease trap cleaning services. This pre-solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to solicit for services at the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144-2515.
The VA anticipates issuing a single award solicitation for this requirement. The VA will accept proposal from 10/09/2024-10/23/2024. The solicitation will be available for download from Contract Opportunities from the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at www.SAM.gov. Interested companies will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractor about the quote submission process. Prospective Quoter(s) are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM website under Contract opportunities so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Companies may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible.

The VA will consider for evaluation only quote(s) from small business concerns and will evaluate small business sources found to be responsive and responsible.
