Description

THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a qualified responder to provide one (1) new Custom Sign Truck body with cranes as specified in Attachment F: Specification Requirements & Responder Capabilities and Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work of the Sample Contract and Exhibits attached to the event.

Due to the customized nature of this contract, responses from brokers will not be accepted.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Lisa.Jaeger@state.mn.us no later than October 18, 2024, 3:00 PM CST. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
