FCRHC BPA for Air Filters

The Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located in/at JCT US Hwy 160 & Navajo Route 35, Teec Nos Pos, Arizona 86514 has an upcoming requirement for Blanket Purchase Agreement for various types and sizes air filters, on an “As needed Basis” for the Facility Management Department at the Four Corners Regional Health Care Facility. The anticipated period of performance is for one year from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 333413 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00136 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 2, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical requirements to meet the government need, delivery time, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 4, 2025 @ 10:00 AM, MDT. The acquisition is a 100% Women Owned Small Business set aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
