BID: Ely Park Clubhouse Siding Project

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, Second Floor, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York, 13901, until 10:30am on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting for the following work:

The contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Third Floor, Binghamton, New York, 13901. Copies may be obtained upon upon deposit of $50.00 (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per set, to be refunded upon return of sets in good condition within 30 days of award of contract.

The City of Binghamton will have a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Ely Park Clubhouse 67 Ridge Street, Binghamton, NY 13905 on Tuesday March 24 at 1pm.

The new bid date for the project is April 15, 2026. Please sign and return this addendum with your bid.
