The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) requires Architect and Engineering (A&E) design services to execute structural and electrical modifications to Building 46 to house new electrical switchgear. The project includes removal of the existing main floor slab, structural reinforcement, load path modifications, architectural integration, and design of a new switchgear room meeting all code required access and clearance requirements.
