The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking an annual agreement for plumbing maintenance & repair services as needed for period 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027 for our Richard Beard Building, located at 1445 Federal Drive, Montgomery, AL 36107 and the State Farmer's Market, located at 1655 Federal Drive, Montgomery, AL 36107.  Services to include but not limited to toilets, sinks, hot water heaters, etc.

Note: Supplier must be a licensed plumber.  The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries reserves the right to request a copy of plumber’s license.

Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
