Specs for Provider of Alabama Trial Court Records

1. The vendor needs to provide electronic court records for the State of Alabama Unified Judicial Systems.
2. The vendor must be able to provide online court records for the State of Alabama Unified Judicial Systems, and they must be authorized to sell, represent, or support those records.
3. Billing frequency is monthly.
4. Billing includes:
   1. monthly access fee (6 – Unlimited users - $134.00 per month)
   2. monthly statement fee ($3.00 per month)
   3. monthly case monitor fee ($3.00 per case – currently 14 cases)
   4. monthly attorney copy package fee ($50.00 per package – currently 4 packages).
5. Online Alabama Court records must be provided for the Alabama Unified Judicial System, and all providers must be authorized by the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts to provide AODdata.
6. Service Period: 10/1/2026-9/30/2027
