Vendor to provide FY27 general pest control service at the following Army National Guard locations:

Fort McCorkle AFRC: 1620 S. Broad Street Mobile 36605 (81,779 SQFT)
AMSA Shop: 1624 S. Broad Street Mobile 36605 (9,459 SQFT)
Fort Whiting AFRC: 1630 S. Broad Street Mobile 36605 (116,929 SQFT +  40,632 SQFT Supporting Building)
FMS #28: 1622 S. Broad Street Mobile, 36605 (14,581 SQFT + 3,019 SQFT Supporting Buildings w/Aggregate)
AASF #3 Flight Operations: 9055 Tanner Williams Road Mobile 36606 (11,191 SQFT)
AASF #3: Aircraft Maintenance Hangar: 9055 Tanner Williams Road Mobile 36606 (41,030 SQFT + 1,536 SQFT Supporting Building w/Aggregate)
Fort McCorkle AFRC: 1620 S. Broad Street Mobile 36605 (81,779 SQFT)

*VENDORS MUST BID ALL OR NONE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD*

Facilities to be serviced and billed on a quarterly basis.

Facility should be notified of scheduled service dates no later than 2 weeks prior to service.

All 4th quarter services should be completed and invoiced no later than August 16, 2016.

Delivery of services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday.
Vendor Paid in Arrears.

General pest service to include: Rodents, crawling insects, flying insects.
General pest service does NOT include termite treatment.
