Service Period: 10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027

Vendor to provide FY26 general pest control service at the following Army National Guard locations:

Fort Sims/Huntsville NGA Green Cove: 2824 Green Cove Road Huntsville 35803 (25,615 SQFT + 9,814 SQFT Supporting Buildings w/Aggregate)
Fort Balch/Huntsville Johnson Rd.: 2499 Johnson Road SW. Huntsville 35805 (40,344 SQFT + 14,667 SQFT Supporting Buildings w/Aggregate)
UTES #3 Buildings 3799, 3800, 3801, 3802, & 3803: 5141 Triana Blvd. SW. Huntsville 35805 (30,705 SQFT + 13,326 SQFT Supporting Buildings w/Aggregate)
Redstone Arsenal Buildings 3792, 3793, 3794, 3795, 3797, & 3798): 5145 Triana Blvd SW. Huntsville 35805 (27,315 SQFT)

*VENDORS MUST BID ALL OR NONE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD*

Facilities to be serviced and billed on a quarterly basis.

Facility should be notified of scheduled service dates no later than 2 weeks prior to service.

All 4th quarter services should be completed and invoiced no later than August 16, 2016.

Delivery of services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday.

Vendor Paid in Arrears.

General pest service to include: Rodents, crawling insects, flying insects. General pest service does NOT include termite treatment.
