Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to NEOCERA LLC. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this Synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacifics intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to NEOCERA, LLC.
