With expansive grounds, extensive roadway and sidewalk edging, and high‑visibility areas that support essential utility operations, this contract offers a strong opportunity for vendors to demonstrate quality, efficiency, and consistent performance.

Background

The Wastewater Administration Complex, Water Conserv II Water Plant and Lift Stations are critical operational facilities that require consistent, high‑quality grounds maintenance to ensure safety, accessibility, and a professional appearance. With more than 72 acres of landscaped areas, extensive roadway and sidewalk edging, and sensitive operational zones, maintaining these sites presents unique challenges in scale, coordination, and reliability. Proposers that can deliver dependable, detail‑oriented service and proactively manage large, complex grounds will be best positioned for success under this contract.
