Annual Heat Recovery Steam Generator Cleaning Services

Lakeland Electric is seeking bids from qualified Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) CLEANING CONTRACTORS to provide Interior HRSG cleaning services at McIntosh Power Plant, Unit 5, located at 3400 E. Lake Parker Drive, Lakeland, FL 33805

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals will be evaluated by a Lakeland Electric staff Selection Committee on the basis of qualifications, demonstrated experience, quality of service, customer references, responsiveness, safety performance, and pricing. Award of this RFP will result in annual agreement/contract with one or more qualified CONTRACTORS to perform the services detailed in this specification or selected portions thereof.

The initial term of this service will commence on October 1, 2026, and end on September 30, 2027. This agreement includes four (4) one-year renewal periods. Under no circumstances shall the contract/agreement be extended beyond September 30, 2031.
