Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from experienced and qualified for-profit and non-profit entities to rehabilitate, manage and operate small multifamily rehabilitation projects for unmet recovery needs resulting from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
