The City of Saco seeks proposals from qualified firms for engineering and resiliency consulting services for a project consisting of a Coastal Resiliency Study for public sewer, stormwater, drinking water and associated pumping infrastructure. The resulting plan will guide long-term adaptation investments to enhance the resilience of Saco's essential public infrastructure.
Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Any questions regarding the project specifications should be directed to Howard Carter, Director of Water Resource Recovery Department, by emailing
