PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: HVAC Tunnel Cooling System Rehabilitation, Table Rock Powerhouse, White River Basin, Taney County, Missouri. U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) LITTLE ROCK DISTRICT (SWL). W9127S25B0001, HVAC Tunnel Cooling System Rehabilitation, Table Rock Powerhouse, will be advertised as a competitive Total Small Business Set Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Condition Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is set at $19M. This solicitation will be issued utilizing FAR Part 14 as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Magnitude of Construction is between $1M and $5M. The requirement being procured under this solicitation includes rehabilitation of all existing HVAC control systems and providing new HVAC control systems with UMCS, Cybersecurity, plus any incidental work, Specifications and Drawings will be provided when the solicitation is posted. W9127S25R0001 will be issued around 06 December 2024, via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml and the Government Point of Entry (GPE), www.sam.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via PIEE/GPE as well. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation and monitor the sites for updates. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation.
