2026 City of Vancouver Fleet Operational and Financial Assessment

Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services. The consultant or consulting team will assess the City’s financial and operational management practices for its municipal fleet, report on findings, and collaboratively assess the value of changing some practices given ongoing evolutions in Fleet’s financial and operating environment. Further, Fleet is seeking consultant support to lead the development of written governance (policies and procedures) for the financial and operational management practices that most affect our internal customers.
