Construction of Chrismon-Brown Park (1686 Sunset Road)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the construction and installation of a new park in Nolensville, TN consisting of one tennis/pickleball court, one basketball court, a restroom building, one multi-purpose grass sports field, parking lot, and approximately 2,000 linear feet of 10’ wide paved walking trail with one boardwalk crossing over a stream tributary. This project is being completed with LPRF grant funding.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.
Proposals will be publicly opened on the same day.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ Proposal for Construction of Chrismon-Brown Park ” and delivered or mailed to:

The Town of Nolensville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.
