Description:

The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to request feedback from the supplier community who have experience in Digital Fingerprint & Electronic Federal Criminal Background Check Services. The information gathered through this RFI will be taken into consideration during the development of a new solicitation for the requested services. The NFP can be located by copying the following link into your browser: https://www.emarketplace.state.pa.us/Procurement.aspx.
Responses must be received by the purchasing agency no later than the RFI due date and time as set forth in the RFI. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the RFI itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the RFI.
Topics for discussion will address, but not be limited to, industry standards, vendor community insight and expertise, best practices and current and future technology enhancements.
The event will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams, on Thursday, August 20th, 2026, from 9:00am-11:00am EST.
The first one and one-half hours of the Supplier Forum (9:00am - 10:30am) is reserved for Offerors interested in becoming potential prime contractors for this RFP. The final one-half hour of the Supplier Forum (10:30am - 11:00 am) will include a presentation on the Commonwealth's Goal Setting program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies, and networking time for prospective prime and Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise subcontractors.
