The selected vendor shall be responsible for the complete demolition, removal, site preparation, and construction activities outlined in this scope. Work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new covered pavilion and associated improvements, including a new ADA ramp, a retaining wall with rails on top, new concrete stairs with a handrail from the existing concession stand, and a pre-made storage building between the ballfields. The contractor shall follow the drawings associated with the project, and any deviation shall be discussed with the County before any work is completed. The County requests that this be an itemized outline from the contractor and that work will be completed within the agreed-upon timeline to accommodate the activities at the ballfield, and that they shall not interfere with public access. The proposed timeline for this project is 120 days.
