Pre-Advertisement Notice for Citywide Mobile Civilian Response & Pre-Arrest Diversion

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Executive Office of the Mayor, will shortly undergo a Request for Proposals
(RFP) process for the procurement of qualified organization(s) to provide Citywide Mobile Civilian Response and
Pre-Arrest Diversion Services. The selected contractor(s) will provide community-based crisis response, behavioral
health intervention, case management, care coordination, outreach, and diversion services designed to reduce
unnecessary law enforcement involvement and improve access to behavioral health, supportive services, and
community-based resources. Interested Offerors should possess demonstrated experience delivering trauma informed
crisis response and behavioral health services, coordinating with public safety agencies and community
partners, and successfully managing comprehensive diversion programs serving diverse populations. A Pre-
Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. We look forward to
