Description

This project will equip up to four state or federal judiciaries and their courtrooms in Mexico's northern border states and the corresponding penitentiaries in those states or judicial districts with telepresence systems and secure digital communication platforms.



The Contractor shall accomplish the following main activities:

1. Software/infrastructure procurement, delivery, inventory, implementation, and minimal customization in each location, including installation, integration, and testing to meet the objectives of this contract. The contractor shall provide all equipment included in Appendix A for each site. Hardware to be donated is defined in Appendix A and all states will receive uniform equipment packages. Minimal customization may be required when installing and implementing these solutions to make them operational and functional within the end user facilities.

2. Provide complete system documentation.

3. Provide end-user and system administrator knowledge transfer; and

4. Provide necessary Project Management services for the duration of the project.
