Description


The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified multidisciplinary consulting firms (Consultants) to provide professional architectural, engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for the development of Portal Park. The deadline for receipt of all submissions is 3:00 PM, September 3, 2026. Prospective Consultants shall file all documents necessary to support its submittal, as prescribed. NO FAXES OR EMAILS ACCEPTED.

A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package may be requested by emailing the Bulloch County Procurement Director at pfuller@bullochcounty.net or by going to either the Bulloch County website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/ or the Georgia Procurement Registry: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. It will be the sole responsibility of each Consultant to periodically check all websites for any addenda associated with this RFQ. Failure to include a signed copy of any addenda issued for this project in the submitted SOQ will result in the submitted SOQ not being considered for this project. For all questions concerning this RFQ, submit email correspondence to the Bulloch County Procurement Director at pfuller@bullochcounty.net. All email correspondence during the question and response period must include the project identifier FY27-CP-PARK11 in the subject line of the email. The deadline for questions is August 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Responses will be posted to the procurement websites by August 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
