Prefabricated Metal Buildings

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The CITY OF CLEVELAND is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a prefabricated metal building.  Bids will be received until 1:00 PM, EST, November 4, 2025, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any bid received after the date and time specified will not be considered.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM, EST, in the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

Project scope will consist of erecting one (1) metal building (supplied by Contractor).  This will include the complete buildout per the building specifications.

Bids must be sealed, plainly marked “BID – PREFABRICATED METAL BUILDING” and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
