IFB 25C765004 CHP HVAC Installation and Replacement Services

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms to provide HVAC Installation and Replacement Services.  Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿ that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB.  Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits.

1.        License Requirements:  Contractor State License Board CSLB C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor, and Local County or City Business License.

2.        DIR Registration:  Bidders must be registered with the DIR Pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1.

3. DVBE Mandatory Participation (min. 5%)
