The City of Gaithersburg is soliciting quotes from qualified structural engineer consultants to assist the Planning and Code Administration Department with certain construction document reviews. The reviews are for projects that in-house staff are unable to perform. The contract will have an initial term of one-year and two automatic renewal terms of one-year each. The initial term will run September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The successful Consultant is required to sign a contract with the City.
