25RFP77 - Elevator Refurbishments

Project Description: Williamson County, Texas, herein “the County”, seeks to establish a single qualified contractor to refurbish elevators for Williamson County owned properties. Specifically, Jail Elevator #s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 (Elevator 9 is not included), Justice Center #s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Cedar Park Annex #1, as detailed in Attachment B – Scope of Work, for Williamson County’s owned premises managed by the Facilities Management department. The County intends to award one (1) contract to be utilized to provide refurbishment services on these specific elevators to span over multiple fiscal years. The terms “Successful Respondent,” “Contractor,” and “Vendor” have the same meaning in this solicitation and shall be used interchangeably.
