CampbellCloud Subscription

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with Campbell Scientific Inc for the provision of CambellCloud subscription and equipment.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Campbell Scientific Inc to sell these products/services to the County.

Per correspondence from Campbell Scientific Inc dated July 28, 2025, Campbell Scientific, Inc. is the sole proprietary source, manufacturer, systems integrator and/or authorized manufacturers’ representative, authorized repair and calibration facility for the Campbell Scientific equipment and software listed on Campbell Scientific official quotation CUS-Q1022878 for the Aspen10.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the service/product described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
