Lifecast Body Simulation product

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with Echo Healthcare, Inc for the provision of Lifecast Body Simulation products.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Echo Healthcare, Inc to sell these products to the County.

Per correspondence from Echo Healthcare, Inc dated April 10, 2025, Echo Healthcare Inc is the exclusive licensor, manufacturer, and distributor of Lifecast Body Simulation products throughout the world.
Any vendor who believes they can provide the products described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”.
