Summary Details
Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking bids from vendors with expertise in hospitality or restaurant and event management for a destination-style restaurant operation, with or without a concession, at the Kitsilano Beach Restaurant, meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled ' PS20241045-VBPR-RFP - Scope of Work - Final'. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Term of the contract & options: the term of any agreement is expected to be a five-year period, with two possible five-year extensions, for a maximum total term of fifteen years.
The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
