clarify the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid.
These items have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: DELETION/ADDITION
On Page 34 in Technical Specifications section, TS-12 MOVEABLE BRIDGE EMERGENCY GENERATOR and the
corresponding Bid Item No. 508-72-1, is hereby deleted.
On Page 40 in Technical Specifications section, TS-15 EMERGENCY GENERATOR - PERMANENT, Bid Item No.
508-72-4 is hereby added for the removal of the existing generator.
DELETE: Please delete Bid Form Page 48 from bid package.
ADDITION: Please add the attached REVISED BID FORM, ADDENDUM #1, PAGE 48 that is attached to this
addendum to the bid package.
NOTE TO BIDDERS: Please make sure REVISED BID FORM, ADDENDUM #1, PAGE 48 is used when submitting
the bid. Otherwise, the bid will be deemed non-responsive for incorrect bid form submittal.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260369.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
