The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements:

The Government has issued a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) concurrent with this advertisement.
Interested parties should review the RLP package for complete submission instructions, evaluation factors, and proposal requirements. Respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Only complete RLP responses submitted by the due date will be considered for award.
Proposals must be must be received no later than 6:00 PM PDT on 05/25/2026. Only complete RLP responses submitted by the due date will be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Submissions must be made electronically via email to the Government point of contact below.
