Project Description: Department of Health ASO/Facilities is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide boarding up services for a (3) commercial buildings located at 2501 Waimano Home Rd. Pearl City, HI 96782. This project involves installing plywood panels over designated windows and doors to secure the structure from safety hazards, unauthorized entry, and weather exposure.

General Comments

1. PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This project involves installing plywood panels over designated windows and doors to secure the structure
from safety hazards, unauthorized entry, and weather exposure.

2. PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

- Secure all identified window and door openings. (260 windows and doors.)

- Minimize safety risks.

- Provide temporary protection.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES:

- Assess openings. (260 doors and windows)

- The cutting of the weeds to access windows and doors.

- Measure and cut plywood.

- Install plywood using proper fasteners.

- Install bracing as needed.

- Label openings as required.

- Jobsite cleanup
