This synopsis/notice of intent to sole source a three platform segment Rice Lake SURVIVOR ® OTR Concrete Deck Truck Scale is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 and 12.102.
