Invitation to Bid:
The City of Americus is accepting bids until 11:00 AM Friday March 27, 2026, for the following:
Upfitting of five (4) 2026 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles as marked police patrol vehicles and one (1) 2026 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicle as an unmarked police patrol vehicle.
Please see the attached specifications for the equipment required for each vehicle. Please bid according to the exact or equally comparable equipment specifications for each vehicle.
Sealed bids should be marked ¿Police Patrol Vehicle Upfitting¿ and delivered to Sierra Harvey, City Clerk, 3rd Floor Municipal Building or mailed to my attention at 101 West Lamar Street, Americus, GA 31709. The City of Americus reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposal evaluation and selection process. No facsimiles will be accepted.
