The Virginia Department of Forestry (DOF) is seeking a contractor who has working experience and knowledge in site prep, tree planting and tree maintenance. Planting will take place at Waid Park owned by Franklin County. Bidders must have at least five (5) yearsâ experience completing site prep for tree planting, installing tubelings and bareroot seedlings and tree maintenance specified in this contract, as evidenced by the references indicated on the Vendor Data Sheet.
