Project Scope

Project Description

Scope of Work: This project will modernize two passenger elevators with new machines, controls, dispatching systems, door equipment, signal fixtures, and upgraded interiors. Install LAN cabling in hoist ways and machine rooms, removal fire sprinklers from elevator hoist ways, and reroute of hot water pipe in the machine room. Elevators recall programming with the building’s fire alarm system per code requirement.
