Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work related to relocating ALL NON-BUILT-IN FURNITURE into the hallway/foyer, then demolishing cove bases and approximately 880 Square Feet (SF) of existing carpet flooring, then prepping and installing approximately 880 SF of vinyl floor tiles in the HIARNG RTI Administration building.
All furniture encountered in this project is to be relocated in a manner which is non-destructive and that can ensure that it can be put back in like or better condition.
