Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing State Care Coordination Services .  Please refer to RFP #25-353 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference Call will be held on December 4, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST (Register with the buyer to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link).  Additionally, you may call 667-217-6643, phone conference ID 250 510 273# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  December 20, 2024, before 2:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase and bids will be opened via Microsoft Team Meeting. Dial 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID: 656 102 850# and you will be conferenced in.
