|
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit and select a qualified contractor for the design, supply, and installation of a new fence structure at the Youth Complex ballfields located at the intersection of Wright St. and Diane Drive. The City is accepting proposals for either a 6-foot cedar privacy fence or a 6-foot commercial chain-link fence with black privacy slats. Any additional proposals utilizing alternative materials and/or methods are encouraged and should be submitted as a separate proposal.
Project scope includes, but is not limited to:

Site preparation, including removal of existing fencing.

Supply of all fencing materials, gates, posts, and hardware.

Installation of the new fence in accordance with industry standards.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, and safety regulations.

Providing warranties for materials and workmanship.

Cleanup of the site after completion of work.
