The current HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system in Trenton City Hall was installed in 2010 and is now obsolete and unsupported by Honeywell.  The control system is necessary to control the heat and cooling in the building through compute automation.  This system is exclusively designed, programmed, and maintained by Honeywell engineers and technicians; therefore, no other HVAC outfit can perform maintenance on our current control system.
