SHERIFFS TRAINING FACILITY CMAR

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Hickory Construction is soliciting Formal Sealed Rebids for the Sheriffs Training Facility from pre-qualified subcontractors to ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­perform work as required by the Contract Documents. Bids will be received at the location listed below until the date and time listed:

2:00pm, Thursday, Feb 19, 2026

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled with relatedbid package number and Lincoln County Sheriffs Training Facility.

The public opening and reading aloud of the bids will be at 2:00pm on Thursday, Feb 19, 2026, at 353 N. Generals Blvd. in Lincolnton, NC 28092.

The following bid packages are rebidding: 2A Site Work, 2B Fence, 3A Concrete, 6A Architectural Wood Casework, 7A Waterproofing & Caulking, 8A Doors and Hardware, 8C Storefront & Glass, 10A Toilet Partitions & Accessories, 10B Signage,12B Shades and Blinds, 15A Plumbing

Prequalified subcontractors may obtain an electronic set of bidding documents from Hickory Construction.

All Contractors are hereby notified that they shall have proper Contractor's licenses as required by the state laws governing their respective trade in the state where this Project is located.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the closing time for the receipt of bids. Hickory Construction and Lincoln County reserve the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time.
