Description
1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:
Road Construction (C70000000)
2. Concrete sidewalks and ramps, street lighting, water main replacement, on street cycle track, and roadway mill and overlay.
Project is on 15 Av S between 14 St SW and Macleod Tr SE. Contract scope also includes detour management and permanent signage on 14 Ave SW to convert to 2-way traffic on 14 Ave SW.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding process. I t will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled Operational Date is 2025 October 31
