The City of Courtenay is seeking Proposals from qualified consulting firms to support the development of technical strategies for a robust asset management system focusing on critical capital assets within its road corridors and right of ways to enable the programming of capital works with dynamic reporting links to current and targeted technical levels of service, asset lifecycles and infrastructure risk management best practices.
