Fire Systems Testing and Inspection

Testing and inspection of fire alarm panel systems and fire sprinkler systems for Bristol's municipal and school facilities to be provided for the period through December 2027, per the requirements set forth via the document link noted below.

Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until December 5, 2024 at 2:00pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to Roger Rousseau, Purchasing Agent, no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted below; the City does not assume responsibility for the failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid, to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in its judgment is in its best interest. Bids must be firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days following the bid opening.

The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
